Hydraulik Hangar Door at Dobrograd airfield

Hydraulic lift-and-turn gates manufactured by LLC PSK RATEL ENGINEERING installed at this facility are made using a solid sheathing of sandwich panels filled with polyisocyanurate foam. Two gates with an opening width of 20 meters and 15 meters were installed. For emergency opening in the event of a power failure, the drives are switched to a backup hydropneumatic accumulator. Switching to backup power in the absence of the main power occurs manually by turning the ball valve. Gate control is carried out from the gate control panel with the authorized access key of the "turn on", "open", "close", "emergency stop" buttons. Thanks to brush seals on the sides and a rubber seal at the bottom of the door leaf, good sealing is achieved and this type of door can be recommended for heated hangars for year-round use.
