The design of the first stage of construction of the Elga landing site as part of the infrastructure of the Elga coal complex, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Neryungri district, has been completed. The property is located in an uninhabited, hilly and wooded area, approximately 415 km east of the city of Neryungri. The designed runway with artificial turf has plan dimensions of 2284 m x 48 m made of PAG-18 slabs. The Bombardier Global 7500 has been adopted as the design type of aircraft; in addition, the ability to receive Il-114 and Mi-26 and Mi-8 helicopters has been provided. It is planned to build an aviation apron from PAG-18 slabs with two parking spaces for Bombardier Global 7500 and Il-114 aircraft and 1 MS for Mi-8 and Mi-26 helicopters. In addition, it is planned to construct a taxiway from PAG-18 slabs to ensure taxiing of aircraft from the runway to the apron. It is planned to equip the landing site with radio and lighting equipment in order to ensure precision approach flights for delivery in accordance with instrument flight rules in category 1. Currently, the project has passed state examination.
The working documentation of the IV stage of reconstruction of the Lipetsk airport was corrected. The project for a full-scale reconstruction of the airport was developed by JSC PI and NII VT "Lenaeroproekt" and in 2010 received a positive conclusion from the state examination. The implementation was carried out in stages. The task for the performance of the work provided for a survey of the unfinished fourth stage of reconstruction and adjustment of the working documentation based on its results. In the course of the work performed: - engineering and geodetic surveys in the required volume; - engineering and geological surveys in the required volume; -correction of the working documentation in the scope of the fourth stage of the airport reconstruction and calculation of the estimated cost of the necessary work.
Fabric hangar doors manufactured by PSK RATEL ENGINEERING LLC are designed and manufactured for aircraft hangars.
Three-section gates are mounted in gate openings measuring 37x14 meters. There are 2 gates installed in total.
For emergency opening in the event of a power failure, the drives are unlocked followed by manual opening.

The TVR-6 helicopter trolley with Agusta A 119 Koala helicopter adapter tows the helicopter easily and conveniently from the hangar to the take-off pad. It is serviced by one operator and easily overcomes obstacles in the form of small thresholds, drainage grids, inter-plate seams, etc., and can also tow aircraft along the surface with a slope of both positive and negative.
Helicopter trolley TVR-6 with adapters for full load towing of a helicopter with a Eurocopter EC130 ski chassis was manufactured by PSK RATEL ENGINEERING LLC, taking into account the wishes of the customer.
All batteries are located in the engine compartment. The width of the frame was xxx mm.
The customer chose a combination of black and yellow and we think that this combination looks very impressive. The driving wheel as well as the support rear wheels are made of molded rubber.
The TVR-6 helicopter trolley can be modified into a universal helicopter trolley with the ability to tow an aircraft by partial loading. This modification allows you to tow an aircraft with a wheeled chassis weighing up to 12 tons. The universal trolley is equipped with a special lifting platform (optionally with automatic grip) onto which the front wheel of the aircraft is also pulled by an electric actuator mounted on the frame. After fixing the wheel on the cargo platform, the hydraulic system lifts it and it becomes possible to tow the aircraft.
