LLC PSK RATEL ENGINEERING manufactures helicopter trucks (air carriers) for moving helicopters with ski landing gear using the full loading method. Trolley TVR-6 uses this method to move a helicopter weighing up to 4300 kg.

To move by the method of partial loading, the trolley is equipped with a loading platform for loading the front wheel of the aircraft. The TVR-6 trolley moves a helicopter weighing up to 8000 kg in this way.

Features of carts

  • The hydraulic system uses high-quality components to ensure a long service life. Proportional control valves are used.
  • For partial loading, the trolley is equipped with a loading platform for loading the front wheel of the aircraft. The TVR-6 trolley moves a helicopter weighing up to 8000 kg in this way.
  • The structural strength of the towing cart is calculated with a safety factor of 1.5.
  • The TVR-6 control is simple and intuitive. The operator maneuvers without significant physical effort. High maneuverability is ensured by a 200-degree drive wheel rotation angle, which allows rational use of the hangar area for parking. A clearance of 18 cm allows you to move the helicopter over uneven surfaces and it is easy to overcome thresholds and gratings. The flattened shape of the transporter makes it possible to bring it under the helicopter without touching the protruding elements.
  • The helicopter is fully lifted by the transporter's hydraulic system.Quick-release adapters on the telescopic arms are easy to lock and quickly adjust.Auxiliary wheels are no longer required on the ski chassis.The vertically folding steering column saves hangar space.

GOOD VIEW AND ERROR-FREE CONTROL
  • Raising/lowering and forward/backward control are separated into different handles.
  • The mode is switched by the toggle switch on the control panel. The possibility of simultaneous operation of these functions is excluded.
  • Removable (optional) speed control handle allows you to control the movement from an optimal viewpoint of the position of the helicopter.
LARGE RANGE OF SPEEDS AND INDIVIDUAL SETTINGS
  • Proportional control of the hydraulic motor allows the hauler to operate smoothly and over a wide range of speeds for outdoor and indoor hangar operation.
  • Customization is possible with speed limits at the request of the user.
TRANSFORMABLE CONSTRUCTION
  • The design of the helicopter transporter, when equipped with a wheel grab and lift module, allows it to be used for towing aircraft or helicopters on a wheeled chassis. The maximum weight of the transported equipment is up to 13,000 kg.
  • All manipulations to grip and lift the wheel are carried out by one operator quickly and without significant physical effort.

Changing attachment adapters is quick and easy. Replacing one adapter with another does not require any tools. Adapters are designed for all popular helicopter models and we are ready to develop an adapter for any helicopter.

LLC PSK RATEL ENGINEERING is a young, dynamically developing company and has a Certificate of Conformity No. SDS.TP.SM.17871-22 QMS for design, including especially dangerous, technically complex and unique capital construction projects.

The company employs highly qualified specialists of the design department who carry out design in modern CAD using BIM technologies with collision analysis of various component systems of the project being issued (CM, CL, power supply, water disposal, sealing system), which allows to optimize the design time.

On designing in areas with permafrost soils, the company actively cooperates with the FGBUN Institute of Permafrost. P.I.Melnikov of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
